Our Owners Elite teams organise themed events and parties throughout the season, providing a great environment for owners to meet new friends and share experiences of holiday home ownership. Most Parks offer regular 'owners breakfasts' which provide the ideal opportunity for our owners to meet their friends each time they visit.
Entertainment Passes
All owners receive up to 8 annual Facilities & Entertainment
passes for guests to your holiday home, which entitles them to use all of
our main facilities 'free of charge'. The passes cover swimming pools, entertainment
venues, children’s and teenager’s clubs and most sports activities.
Extended Season
Our owner’s benefit from an exclusive extended season, allowing
you to stay at the Park before the holidaymaker season starts and also for
some time afterwards. Most Parks are open from March through to the end of
December although this does vary from Park to Park due to different local
authority licensing.
Some facilities such as outdoor pools may not be available outside of the
summer holiday period. Please contact the Park of your choice for detailed
information on access to facilities and seasonal opening times.
Exclusive Facilities
In addition to our Owners Elite events some Parks also offer private facilities
exclusively for their owners, giving you the opportunity to really make the

Owners Referral Programme
As an owner enjoying the unique leisure lifestyle of holiday home
ownership with Park Resorts, you’ll probably want to recommend us to

Introducing others to holiday home ownership with Park Resorts is a really
great way to seriously reduce your pitch fees!!
For your 1st successful introduction you’ll receive a pitch fee credit
of £500
For your 2nd successful introduction you’ll receive a further pitch
fee credit of £750
For your 3rd and every additional successful introduction you’ll receive
a pitch fee credit of £1,000
So, just three successful introductions will earn you a total pitch fee credit
of £2,250
